  • Digital Advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Social Media Platforms
  • Print & Digital Marketing Materials
  • Third-Party Media & Affiliate Platforms

Scope of Usage

We are authorized to:

• Publish, distribute, and promote official images, videos, brochures, and other marketing content provided by Gaursons India Pvt. Ltd.
• Use content in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube promotions, and other marketing campaigns.
• Reformat or resize content only for optimization purposes (web display, ad dimensions, print size adjustments, etc.) without altering originality.

Conditions of Authorization

• No Ownership Transfer – SharpAssets Consultancy and its sub-brands do not own Gaursons’ original content. The copyright always remains with Gaursons India Pvt. Ltd.
• Non-Exclusive Rights – The authorization is non-exclusive; Gaursons may also authorize other partners.
• Non-Transferable – We cannot transfer this authorization to third parties. It applies only to SharpAssets Consultancy and its sub-brands.
• Ethical Use – Content shall not be misused in any unlawful, misleading, or defamatory manner.

Copyright Protection

To prevent unauthorized use, copying, or misuse of creative assets:

• All content published on SharpAssets.in and GaurYXP.com is protected under Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright laws.
